This agreement describes members obligations and our obligations to members. By enrolling to Happyfly you are confirming terms and conditions outlined below. If you do not accept this agreement you can not use the service.

1. About us. Happyfly.co.uk is a service that rewards its users for every online transaction they make.
The way it works is simple. When you buy from an online merchant you generate a commission on every sale or transaction. Our site passes on that commission onto your account.
We are now becoming one of the largest and fastest growing cashback sites around with hundreds of retailers.
2. Privacy. Your privacy is important to us. Please review our privacy policy and see how we handle your account and what information we collect. Privacy Policy
3. Registration and payment of cashback. To qualify for Happyfly  member account and participate in the cashback service you have to be over 18 and be a resident of the UK. Membership is subject to additional terms and conditions listed below. It is your responsibility to keep your account data safe and that any other person does not use them
4. Membership. We allow only one account per person per household. We reserve the right to terminate any membership for breaching terms and conditions.
5. Account termination. You can terminate your user account at any time with no limits. You are required to give as a notice prior cancellation.
6. Earning cashback. Happyfly members earn money on every online transaction. To qualify for a cashback the transaction must be made with one of our partner merchants. The user has to be registered and signed up and completes the transaction by clicking on any of our partner merchants links. We recommend clearing cookies before each sing up. 7. Tell a friend. The "Tell a friend" bonus will be paid once a referred member reaches the minimum payout level. No bonus will be paid if that condition is not met.
8. Payment schedule
Cashback payments will be issued once the account balance reaches minimum payout level, which is £30. That amount has to be in confirmed transactions. Transaction in pending status will not be paid until they reach confirmed status.
The status of the transaction depends on validation period, which is different for every merchant. Some transitions are validated immediately but for some it can take up to 30 days plus to get verified.
If your transaction is returned, refunded or cancelled by a merchant, the cashback generated by this transaction will not be paid and deducted from your account.
Happyfly makes no guarantees to any payment until funds have been received from the retailer or their agents.
Happyfly uses PayPal and bank transfers to pay out the cashback generated by members. You should ensure that you provide PayPal enabled email address and/or correct bank details
9. Payment procedure
Any payment of the cashback will be made in a form of bank transfer or send via PayPal enabled email. Happyfly does not take responsibility for any fees or charges in regards to the payment method chosen.
10. Newsletter. You may occasionally receive a newsletter from us. We will let you know about site updates and newest merchant offers. At the same time we ensure you that your email address will never be disclosed, sold or rented to anybody.
11. Merchants. We will be constantly bring you new merchants and new earnings opportunities. At the same time you must be aware that some merchants are closing down their partnership programs and will be removed from our database. You must acknowledge and accept that fact
12. Our rights of closure. Our site is provided in a state "as is" and "as available". As the service is free of any charge we make no guarantee that it will work failure free. We reserve the rights to close the service at any time. Should this happened cashback you generated will not be affected and will be paid to you as soon as it’s available
13. Security. Internet is never completely safe and private, hence we hold no responsibility for any internet security errors, hacking activity or any other illegal activity that may affect us or you.
14. Modification of Agreement. We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. Should this happend it will be announced on the site news
15. Miscellaneous. If any point of these Terms and Conditions is by court determined unlawful or unenforceable for any reason, the rest of this agreement remains binding and enforceable.
